At Zimmal Group, we provide end-to-end business setup and corporate solutions across the UAE. We are looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven Business Setup Advisor who will play a key role in generating new business and guiding clients through company formation and growth solutions. Success in this role means achieving targets, building strong client relationships, and closing deals consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on business setup and company formation solutions across the UAE

• Identify client requirements and recommend the most suitable jurisdictions

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Educate clients on Prodigy’s services and UAE business opportunities

• Guide clients through the complete setup process efficiently

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems

• Collaborate with Operations and Client Relations teams

• Prepare sales reports and contribute to strategy discussions

• Support marketing and promotional initiatives

• Represent Prodigy professionally while networking and building brand awareness

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales and business setup / company formation (mandatory)

• Strong background in target-driven, KPI-based sales roles

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

• Confident networker with strong relationship-building ability

• Client-focused mindset with a results-oriented approach
